This workshop is not just about sex. It is a full step-by-step Taoist guide to deepen your connection to yourself and your partner and to improve love-making. It is a fully “clothes on” workshop with no nudity.

Program
December 5 (Thursday) : Introduction
Module 1 - December 6-7. Opening Energy channels. Taoist Fundamentals for Healing Love
These foundational practices will bring you back to your body’s wisdom and awaken your Qi/life-force energy.
Inner Smile: Use the power of smiling to activate the relaxation response in the parasympathetic nervous system. Get rid of the negative emotion and rebalance the positive emotion.
Six Healing Sounds practice has a special sound for each of the organs, a special healing color and a special position for each sound — it will help you restore good health and connect to the primordial universal energies.
Module 2 - December 8-9. Sexual Alchemy - Solo Cultivation of Sexual Energy for Men and Women
In this Module you will learn energetical practices for solo cultivation and exercises for men and women.
Exercises for women include Jade egg practice to strengthen and tone the vagina and pelvic floor muscles. Ovarian and breast massage, breathing, and focus techniques to balance the hormones, allowing a naturally harmonious menstrual cycle and transmission through menopause.
Men will learn how to control ejaculation and to transform the sexual energy into Qi, and then transfer it up to nourish their organs and transform into spirit force. Practices for men cover breathing and focus techniques to control semen retention, massage techniques, exercising the pelvic floor muscles, and opening the energetic pathways to transfer the orgasmic energy upwards.
Module 3 - December 13 - 14. Multiorgasmic man and woman
Men lose sexual energy through ejaculation, and women lose it through menstruation and childbirth. In this Module you will discover how to enhance the most pleasurable sensations without draining the body’s vital energies.
With these practices you will discover how to make multiple orgasms possible both for men and women:
Men will learn to control ejaculation through mental focus and pelvic floor muscles training, develop multiorgasmicity and transform seminal fluid into Qi.
Women will learn to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, balance hormones, diminish menstrual symptoms, and transform blood and milk into Qi.
Module 4 - December 15 - 16. Multiorgasmic couple. Sexual Magic

Gillian has 30 years of practice experience in Qigong and Tao practices. She is country coordinator for Italy, a co-founder of the association Nuova Tao Italy and the founder of the Biospirals Method Qigong UK training school.

Can I purchase ticket for couples?
Can I take a part in the workshop if I am pregnant?
Is this workshop safe for postpartum or breastfeeding women?
If women are breastfeeding they will not do the breast massage to transform the milk into Qi as they need it for the baby. However, if needed they can use their intention and massage to stimulate the production of more milk.
