This book is wonderful. It is a foundational text and is an extremely in-depth, practical and powerful work which will set anyone well on the way to understanding and experiencing internal energies from the Taoist point of view. It is a great way to look at the practice in order and is written with great clarity. Highly recommended! If I was limited to owning only two books by Mantak Chia this would be one of them.
